This policy covers slickfast.com and the SlickFast API. The local MCP tool
renders entirely on your machine and sends us nothing — this policy is about the website and
the hosted API.
Your email; a stored API key; usage and metering data (render counts, timestamps); the chart data you send us to render or store as live charts; and basic technical logs (IP and request metadata) for security and abuse prevention. Payment details go directly to Polar — we never see or store your card.
To provide and meter the service, bill you (via Polar), prevent abuse, and provide support. We do not sell your data.
Polar (payments and tax), our hosting and CDN providers (to run the service), and no one else except where legally required.
We keep account and key data while your account is active. Live charts expire after 90 days without updates (any data push resets the clock), after which they are deleted and their URLs stop resolving. Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for security.
You can request access to or deletion of your data, and you can delete your live charts yourself at any time. Contact us to exercise these rights. We honor GDPR- and CCPA-style requests regardless of where you are located.
The site is static and sets no tracking cookies. Checkout happens on Polar's pages under Polar's policies.
